The S4.04 Series Wireless Lapel Mic system comprises an S4.04-BTX Body Pack Transmitter, a Lapel Microphone with clip and a UHF Wireless Diversity Receiver. An Enhanced Frequency Bank with easily changed channels with 4 compatible licence free frequencies allows up to 4 systems to be used simultaneously.  Utilising synthesised PLL quartz tuning technology. Fully utilises the license FREE Channel 70. Simple and easily synchronise multiple transmitters to receivers.

LP2 Lavalier Microphone

This easy to use simply clips onto clothing. The electret capsule is designed to maximise speech intelligibility and includes a filter to remove Plosive sounds if used close to the mouth. The Tie Clip Microphone capsule is suspended to avoid noise during performer movement and is Phantom powered by the belt pack

Belt Pack Transmitter

The belt pack is small and light enough to clip to a belt with its integrated belt clip or placed in a pocket. The lapel microphone plugs into the belt pack transmitter and a simple locking nut ensures that the connection does not become disconnected. The 3.5mm jack socket with heavy plated contacts for absolute reliability. The transmitter cover unhinges to reveal a 4 channel selector, Infra-red port to communicate with receiver ,Set button to change the frequency. A Gain control to set the level of the microphone. Microphone or Instrument selection switch. Powered by an AA Battery (Not supplied) One AA battery gives up to 10 hours at full performance. The input accepts a wide range of pickups, alternative microphones and other electronic gear. A Gain Control makes it possible to use suitable alternative miniature electret microphone with a 3.5mm Mini Jack plug. The mic input provides a phantom power voltage for the electret lapel microphone. With a range of up to 100 metres this is a true work horse wireless radio microphone system. The rear Belt Clip ensures beltpack will remain in place. The Aerial is tuned to carrier frequency for maximum efficiency.

Using a fully synthesized PLL quartz tuning technology to select operating channel automatically locks transmitter and receiver together via simple Infra-Red link or can be set manually. A Squelch is automatic as the system senses the absence or weak microphone signal and mutes.

The Radio Microphone mutes when audio is not present to avoid feedback. With a Range of up to 100 metres this is truly professional system. A Low Battery Alarm is shown on the receiver by a blinking LED. An AA battery gives up to 10 hours of use. 

Wireless Receiver S4.04 series

The Diversity technology automatically switches between antennas A and B for best the reception. Four channels enable up to 4 systems to be used simultaneously without interference. The aerial antennas can be set at any angle for best reception. A V formation is usually best. A special automatic frequency scan searches for best available frequencies.

Channel 70 is Licence free
Wireless Microphones can tune into frequencies that do not require a licence to operate. There are several licence exempt areas for PMSE use. (Programme Making and Special Events)

The UHF licence exempt range is 863.100-864.900 MHz. This is within Channel 70 which has little spectrum assigned to it so limiting the number of users to four. The power is limited
